We are blessed that our country gave us a happy life to live. “Meri Mati Mera Desh” was a unified stage show presented by the children of Bright Play Centre which connected them with their land and honoured our heroes, this performance instilled a sense of National Pride and Patriotism.

Our Sr. KG rockstars presented their stage performance on the topic “Ek Soch…….”. Energetic performances created memories to cherish. Parents were thrilled to see their children performing on stage with confidence. Each dance presentation gave a message which inspired many hearts and minds towards change, as it’s the only constant in the world.

Schools picnics are a wonderful experience for children. Our Brightians went for picnic to Sayajibaug. KG children explore joyful experiences and feel rejuvenated. It was the best quality time spent with friends. They played games and got varied knowledge about plants, animals, birds with nature walk and enjoyed eating tasty samosas.

Navratri festival is celebrated to worship the nine forms of goddess Durga. ‘Nav’ means nine and ‘ratri’ means nights so it is nine nights of celebration. This festival is to celebrate the victory of good over evil. Garba is performed during Navratri. The whole school was decorated and children enjoyed traditional steps to the rhythm of garba. They came dressed in chaniya choli and kurta.

Diwali is a festival of lights. It symbolizes the victory of good over evil. Our children understood the importance of this festival with Diwali story narrated and enacted by teachers. Children decorated their class with toran and made colourful rangoli. They enjoyed with their friends by sharing lip smacking snacks. They were given gift of Piggy Bank as a token of love which helps them to be responsible.

Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated every year on 2nd October. Gandhiji believed in the power of truth and non-violence. Our Senior KG champs celebrated this day by wearing Gandhi caps and Chasma. They sang “Vaishnav Jan bhajan…..” and learnt various facts about Gandhiji. They understood the fact that even in the face of adversity, we can bring change through peaceful means.

Dusshera is a festival of celebration of the victory of Lord Ram over demon Ravana. It signifies the victory of good over evil. Our children learnt the significance of Dusshera with the help of a story. They came dressed up as Ram-Sita, Laxman, Hanumanji, Durga Maa and Ravan. They also enjoyed doing garba wearing colourful festive dresses.

Games are essential for healthy development in early childhood. It allows child to experiment through trial and error, find solutions to problems and build new skills and confidence. Our children brought various indoor/outdoor games and played it with their friends. They understood the concept of the games which can be played outdoor or indoor. They also learnt the concept of sharing which helps them to develop their social skills. It was a fun learning experience for them.

Community Helpers are people who helps the society. They make our lives easy and comfortable. For special activity, our children dressed up as various helpers like teacher, gardener, pilot, air hostess, carpenter etc. They spoke few sentences about the same. Children enjoyed this activity and learnt that we should always respect them and their work.

Animals and Birds are the jewels of nature . At the zoo activity was organised in Jr.KG to make children aware - “Save the paws of the world”. Our children wore beautiful head gears, face mask and brought cut outs and posters to give message, “Save wild Life”. They also recited lovely rhymes and said sentences. Amazing facts were also discussed in the class.
