"The outside world shapes children’s development through sensory experiences that engage their five senses - hearing, sight, smell, taste, and touch. Touch plays a vital role in communication and discovery from an early age. At Bright Play Centre, we believe in 'Learning by doing'. To reinforce the concept of touch, we conducted a 'Tactile Touch' activity, wherein Sr. KG children explored different textures like rough, hard, smooth, etc. This type of activity leads to improved fine motor skills and even language development.
Activity : Role play on Family Members

Role-play is a vital part of child’s development, fostering confidence, creative communication, and empathy. Children got engaged in a role-play activity, portraying as family members in front of their peers. This fun activity allowed children to step into different roles, exploring real-life scenarios and relationships.

"Language development is an important part of child development, and children learn languages more effortlessly than adults. The Sr. KG students of Bright Play Centre celebrated "Language Day" with great enthusiasm. The environment was filled with excitement as the children participated in a fun and engaging literacy game designed to develop their language skills. This activity encouraged the children to recognize letters, form simple words, and improve their vocabulary in a joyful manner. The celebration made learning English enjoyable and boosted the children's confidence in speaking and understanding the language. It was a day filled with learning, laughter, and a love for the English language.".
Activity : Lesser Screen Time

Jr.KG. Children performed a wonderful skit on Lesser the Screen Time for students. Through this skit, children learnt how excessive screen time is harmful to their health. Reducing screen time can have a positive impact on children’s overall well-being and holistic development.
Activity : Germination

Germination Activity was conducted in the Sr.KG section of Bright Play Centre to help children understand how a tiny seed grows into a plant. Children enthusiastically brought beautifully decorated pots from home, which added colour and creativity to the event. In school, they were guided to sow seeds in their pots and observe the process closely.
The activity not only created awareness about the importance of plants in our lives but also developed a sense of responsibility and care for nature among the children. Overall, the activity was a joyful, hands-on learning experience that combined fun with education and encouraged children to love and nurture the environment.
Activity : Mom and me - Rhyme time

“Mom & Me-Rhyme Time” event organized by Bright Play Centre for the playgroup children. All the moms were very excited to perform with their little ones. Also, mom and child showcased their talent by performing rhymes with their creative props. They did fantastic job. Kudos to all the moms and kids!!.
Activity : Grandparents Day

At Bright Play Centre, we celebrated Grandparents Day with great enthusiasm. We organized various games that grandparents participated in with zeal, adding a spark to the celebration. The day was a beautiful celebration of selfless love and an opportunity for both generations to express their affection. Witnessing the grandchildren's boundless love for their grandparents was truly touching, filled with smiles, tears, and unforgettable moments.".
Activity : Puppet Show

Good citizenship is important for kids because it helps them to become responsible, engaged and empathetic members of their community and society. Teaching children moral values from an early age gives them the skills and confidence to make a positive impact. Keeping this in mind puppet show was organized for students of KG. By using the medium of puppetry, the show aimed to effectively communicate important lessons on topics such as kindness, respect and responsibility. The puppet show was a rewarding success, serving as both an entertaining event and the powerful teaching tool.

"In Indian culture, festivals are more than just occasions for celebration; they serve as a medium to the deepest and most profound aspects of life. Each festival carries its own unique significance, offering valuable lessons, spiritual insights, and cultural traditions that have been passed down through generations. Raksha Bandhan was joyfully celebrated in the pre-primary section of Bright Play Centre. Children tied rakhis to community helpers like firefighters, doctors, and police constables to show their love and respect. A short video on the story of Raksha Bandhan was shown to help them understand the festival's importance. The little ones also enjoyed doing plantation, making the day fun and meaningful.".

"On August 13, 2025, our school's KG section brought to life the spirit of Janmashtami with a spectacular performance. The students' depiction of Lord Krishna's birth conveyed the timeless message of good prevailing over evil. It filled the atmosphere with joy and positivity. This celebration not only marked the divine occasion but also instilled valuable life lessons in our young students.".

"Our school celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm on August 14, 2025. The event included patriotic songs, inspiring speeches by our young students, and energetic dance performances. The children’s faces radiated pride and joy, reflecting their love for the nation. This celebration not only honored our country's freedom but also instilled a sense of patriotism in our young learners.".
Festival : Ganesh Chaturthi

Echoing the festive spirit, Bright Play Centre celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with much zeal and zest in the presence of honourable President Sir Shri Saumil Shah and Ms. Suhani Shah. The celebration commenced on a spiritual note with the chanting of Ganesh Stuti. Lord Ganesha was brought in a palanquin with the rousing chants of ' Ganpati Bappa Morya' and the beats of drums and lezims. The idol of Lord Ganesha was taken to all the classrooms which enhanced the festive spirit in the whole school.

"Navratri, a 9-day celebration, symbolizes the triumph of positivity over negativity, encouraging us to shed ignorance and embrace goodness. At Bright Play Centre, we introduced our kindergarten students to Indian culture and traditions through a vibrant Navratri celebration. Dressed in colorful attire, the students joyfully danced to the rhythms of Garba, fostering a deeper connection to their heritage and developing respect for our rich cultural beliefs.".
